Free website with referenced facts and information. Website includes atlas, almanac, dictionary, thesaurus, and encyclopedia links and information.

Khan Academy
Free website (sign-up required) featuring videos on specific skills and information. Includes all grade levels and subject areas. Practice exercises and quizzes are also available.

  • MAGNOLIA provides online resources for publicly funded K-12 schools, public libraries, community college libraries, and university libraries in Mississippi.
  • Search our Library Online Card Catalog No password is required, but you must be on a JPS computer.
  • Accelerated Reader is an online quiz program to test a student’s comprehension of a book or story. Points are earned toward incentives offered at the school. Students are given their username and passwords from their homeroom teachers. Quizzes are only open during school hours.
  • AR Book Find allows students to look up the reading level and point value of all books with an AR quiz.
